to an amount equal to 15% of the commission received by Holliday Real Estate, after the deductions
of referral fees and other charges with respect to the purchase of real estate in which Holliday Real Estate
represents the buyer only as a buyer agent.

The commission fee that a Realtor charges a homeowner to sell a house typically is 3.5% of the selling price to pay the agent who brings the buyer (if the listing agent brings the buyer, they get the commission).
On a $200,000 home, this amounts to at least $7,000.
Instead of keeping all that commission, Holliday Real Estate will write a check to the buyer for $1050. Plus an original oil painting for your new home. If you buy through the listing agent, you may get a small gift (a pen, a nice folder for your paper work, a key ring, things of that nature).
Referral fees that that must be paid will reduce the amount payable.
It's your money to spend however you want.
Since we have seller programs we will not combine buyer and seller programs.
