Residence
Born in City of Noblesville , Indiana. Attended most of grade school years at Sheridan and high school at Westfield. I have some college at Ivy Tech, and my real estate courses through IUPUI. I have lived most of my life in Hamilton County. My current residence is in Westfield.

Job Related
Entered the work force in 1961, working at Ertel Manufacturing in Indianapolis. Ran piece work on lathes and borematics. Changed jobs in 1963 going to Bryant Heating and Cooling as a Inspector. Its now called UTC Carrier. 1998 was my last year there and I am now working the Real Estate Business full time.

Hobbies
Started racing Motorcycles in 1966. Turned Professional in 1968 running American Motorcycle Association 1/2 mile flat tracks. Retired from racing in 1972. Served as V-President of competition for the AMA District 15 Club Council and sat on the amateur rules committee as AMA Congress person until 1975. Found another sport I enjoyed in 1982 called horseshoe pitching. I really got interested in the sport about a year later. Served as league Public Relations Director till 1985. Started the Sheridan Mixed League. Was elected 1st V-President of the American Horseshoe Pitchers Association in 1987. President 1988 -1995, reelected for 2001 - 2002, placed on Board of Directors 1995 - 1999 and Public Relation Director from 1997 to 1999. Designed the Tournament of Champions in 1987. I have chaired the Rules, Tournament of Champions Committees, Constitution Committee and Board of Directors. Developed the AHPA's web site and was the web master through 2002.

Why Real Estate?
Obtained Indiana Salesperson license in 1991, Brokers license in 1997. I like to see people achieve their dreams. Whether in life, business, hobbies or in the purchase of a home. I don't believe people should be placed in a home just to make a dollar. It takes time to help people find the proper home to not only fit their needs, but also to come close to what they call their dream home. I started out on my own in July, 2000. The business is named Holliday Real Estate. My office is located in Westfield, Indiana.
