After making basic repairs, you should make the house as clean, clutter-free, and inviting. Make some improvements: Do have a room(s) that need painting, rearrange furniture for an open appeal, put fresh flowers at the entrance. Go through this checklist to make sure that your home is tidy, then keep it that way.
